Michelle Carrillo
Sales Trainer
I’ve had the privilege of working in the funeral profession for more than 12 years, 4 years of which as a Location Leader, Sales Manager and General Manager in both funeral and cemetery. In this role, I lead a dedicated team focused on providing compassionate care to families during some of the most challenging times of their lives. I’m also a licensed Funeral Director and hold life insurance licenses in both Oregon and Washington, which allows me to guide families through all aspects of funeral planning and financial decisions.
My passion for helping others has always been at the heart of my work, and I find great fulfillment in being a trusted resource for families in need. I believe that being of service—whether it’s supporting a grieving family or helping my team succeed—is what keeps me grounded and fulfilled in both my personal and professional life.
Family is the cornerstone of my life. My husband and I have been together for 21 years, and we’ve had the joy of raising four wonderful children together. This past April, we welcomed our first grandchild, and it has been an incredibly special milestone for us. My family means everything to me, and they inspire me to approach my work with care, empathy, and dedication.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether it’s creating memories with my children and grandchild or traveling with my husband. Family shapes who I am, and I carry that same sense of care and commitment into my work every day.
