Chris has consulted with small independent privately owned businesses since 1997.  He joined the Funeral profession in 2001 with Forethought Financial Services and fell in love with the profession and the empathetic owners that serve families before and after the death of a loved one.  Chris has been providing agency marketing and sales services to Funeral Homes and Cemeteries within the Cairn Network since 2009.  “ I love working with family-owned funeral homes who just need that extra help to maximize customer experience and improve operational performance.  Marketing and Sales are a big component of that strategy.
